We do not provide the physical data transport; however, if the ISP (internet service provider) you currently have does not supply enough bandwidth or for some reason is unsatisfactory, we can put together another solution for you from a list of trusted carriers we do business with (see on our About Us page). |
What is the difference between VoIP and TDM? |
The difference between IP-PBX and TDM is that the latter uses physical switches to route calls, whereas IP-PBX uses Internet protocol, the same way all other Internet traffic is routed. |
Will my phone service be interrupted? |
No, your phone services will NOT be interrupted. We contact your carrier and negotiate the porting date for your phone lines to ensure you have no loss of service. |

How much internet bandwidth is required? |
Each active call with HostMe™ requires approximately 64 kbps up/down of bandwidth from a DSL, Cable, T1, or Fiber broadband connection |
Does HostMe™ support E911 service? |
Yes, we are fully compliant with all 911 service regulations. |
